- Order cut-off time: 12:00
- Order processing: 0–2 working days (Monday – Friday)
- Delivery time: 5–7 working days (Monday – Friday)
- Free delivery: Available for all orders.
Shipping procedure
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have started processing it. Processing usually takes 0–2 working days (Monday – Friday). Once the order has been processed, it will be dispatched and you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Delivery time is approximately 5–7 working days (Monday – Friday).
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders.
Delays
If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please do not worry. Delays may occasionally occur due to seasonal demand, holidays, weather conditions or other factors.
Please allow an additional 3 working days (Monday – Friday) before contacting us. If your order still has not arrived, please contact us at support@zarenfeld.co and we will investigate the matter.
Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@zarenfeld.co. Please contact us as soon as possible, as order cancellations are only permitted within 10 hours of placing the order.
Damaged or incorrect items
In the rare event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, we apologise for the inconvenience. Please send photos showing the issue to support@zarenfeld.co. We will promptly review the case and ensure that you receive the correct and undamaged product.
